Position 1: SERVICE DELIVERY TEAM LEADER
Job Description:
Service Delivery Team Leader for IT requires someone who can manage IT operation, service delivery, establishing good working relationships, understanding customer expectation and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate service level agreements
Develop new business opportunity for up selling of services
Ensure service partners are capable of delivering the services operationally and cost effectively
Build strong and productive relationships with important business stakeholders
Act as Escalation Manager in resolving outage and effective in communication with the business for service outage, service interruption and service improvement.
Provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request) including SLA performance and other key metric reports.
Ensure that systems, processes are followed to provide effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
Conduct monthly service reviews with customers and service partners to discuss service issues and identify new requirements.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years in customer services and account management in IT Services industry.
Ability to effectively manage clients & project team relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Quick in respond to queries and manage customer expectations
Good communication skills in both oral and written
Excellent problem solving skills.
Strong analytic and decision making abilities
Position 2: HELPDESK ADMIN COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Outlook)
Basic understanding of IT equipment and terminology
Answering of inbound calls from users and taking down messages
Able to record client information and dispatch calls to IT Support Engineer
Proper updating of Data Bases and Reports
Able to follow up with the daily job routine diligently
Qualifications:
Minimum ITE in any field
Minimum one year working experience in IT support and customer service
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided
Those with relevant working experience will be assign to senior position
Excellent communication skills in English
Able to resolve customer issues and seek to achieve customer satisfaction
Position 3: HELPDESK SUPPORT ENGINEER
Job Description:
To be part of the team to facilitate the smooth operation of desktop support and helpdesk services for the users in the bank.
Responsibilities:
Perform helpdesk duties and escalate issues to third parties for resolution
To ensure user’s problems are handled promptly and solved
Assist the Team leader to analyze desktop support problems
Share with the team your observations of the trend of problems and contribute ideas to improve the support efficiency
Ensure support procedures are being followed closely
Attend related training and learn new support procedures and troubleshooting skills
On the job training will be provided to learn banking application software and helpdesk skills
Qualifications:
Possess at least a related Diploma in IT or equivalent
Must have the interest to develop your career in Helpdesk or Desktop Support
Basic IT knowledge in supporting Microsoft Operating System, Office Applications, Local Area Network will be an added advantage
At least 1 - 2 year(s) of related working experience
Several working locations: Suntec City Area, Jurong, Alexandra
Position 4: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Fault diagnosis and resolution of software and system errors on the desktop
Fault diagnosis of desktop hardware and co-ordination of repairs and replacements
Software installation and decommissioning of desktop hardware
Manage and implement desktop projects and products
All work to be completed within strict Key Performance Index (KPI)
Act as focal point for users and coordinate issues/requests through to resolution/completion
Escalate issues in a timely manner that may impact the business/users.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/7 operating system
Knowledge of Software application MS-Office / Outlook and BlackBerry devices
HP / Dell/ Lenovo hardware knowledge (PC / Laptop / Printers / Monitors)
Network troubleshooting skill is an added advantage
Interpersonal Skills:
Able to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels especially VIP users

Position 5: PRINTER TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
Familiar with electronic and hardware for dot matrix / impact printers
Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment and accessories for printers
Ensure printer repair quality
Consistently meet the requirement for response time, calls per day and parts cost
Maintain spares and parts inventory
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Qualifications:
ITE related to IT Hardware / Electrical / Electronic
Min. 2 years experience in printer hardware repairing
Able to communicate in English
Position 6: IT SALES ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Familiar with IT hardware products such as Notebooks, PCs, Routers, and Printers
Experience with selling of broadband packages will be an added advantage
Able to explain the products specification and benefits to customers
Able to plan and manage road show if needed
May have to perform cold calling to customers
Plan and achieve sales target monthly
Establish strong relationships with clients

Responsibilities:
Work with Account Manager on recruitment planning
Prepare job description for available positions
Short listing of candidates based on requirement
Conduct phone interview and face-to-face interview for final short listing
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
Perform background check
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
Outgoing with excellent verbal and written communication skills
General knowledge and understanding of full cycle recruiting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
